Meet the founder

Sabrina Sullivan is a corporate futurist, strategist and advisor with more than 15 years of experience driving transformation across Fortune 500 companies, government, higher education, nonprofits, and high-growth ventures. She is recognized for her ability to bridge the abstract world of future possibilities with the practical work of building strategies that deliver lasting impact.

Her career includes leading one of Deloitte’s flagship innovation programs, shaping transformation initiatives in higher education, and advising global organizations such as Ford Motor Company, and leading advisory delivery at Foresight Factory. She has also launched ventures ranging from a sustainable finance startup to a SaaS platform designed to measure and improve innovation practice. This mix of corporate, public sector and entrepreneurial experience allows her to help leaders and organizations anticipate change, build institutional agility, and seize opportunities with confidence.

Sabrina also co-created Leaders for Humanity, a leadership tool and game that challenges assumptions and sparks bold thinking in times of complexity. Known for her ability to blend foresight with strategy, she works with individuals, companies and ecosystems to generate future-ready products, programs and cultures that strengthen resilience and growth.

Her global perspective is further complemented by collaborations with TED, Singularity University, the US State Department, and a wide range of institutes, incubators and accelerators around the world.
